本次出行最差的一個酒店，首先，進酒店要爬個大台階，其次，到現在這個時代，居然有個酒店點不到外賣，而且周邊沒飯館，酒店沒晚餐，你能信嗎？！晚上想吃飯，需要打車或自駕出去，簡直崩潰。停車免費也就是路邊隨便停，感覺很沒有保障。前台只有一個服務員，前面顧客弄了很久，本來遊玩一天就很累，還要一直等，等到我了，服務員還先和保潔説話，我真是有點火了。房間還湊合，但如果有別的選擇，真的不要選這家星程！！！太差！！！

經常住華住會旗下的酒店，這次就是住的房間反味，特此嗆，酒店説剩餘的房間被客户定了，沒辦法換房，就那樣住了，衞生間排風也是壞的，退房時候的酒店前台的態度很好，問是否住的滿意，説明情況送了一個杯子！

房間在二樓，靠近院子那側是安靜的 但是酒店隔音真的太差了，不是一般的差，旁邊屋子客人打電話我這屋聽的清清楚楚，旁邊屋子打個噴嚏就感覺在我這屋子打的一樣，打電話那種正常音量我都能聽的很清楚，也趕上旁邊那個客人是真忙，從九點多開始打電話一直到半夜十一點多，然後洗澡折騰到快一點，我這是都沒法睡覺，後半夜才睡了幾個小時就得起床繼續開車趕路，和前台説保安和前台都上來聽了，站他房間門口就能聽到，但實際我在屋裡聽的更清楚。還有就是給我的房間説是升級了，可是洗漱台很小很小，看其他房間也不是這樣啊。

星程酒店（霍州經濟開發區店）是個新酒店，設備新，衞生好，內部裝修簡潔，時尚，但又在種種細節上顯出了對客人的體貼。店裡早餐不錯，規模不大，但食物可口。店內服務人員很親切。酒店的位置離高速路口很近，對開車旅行者尤其方便。
